Why should I customize my vehicle?

Do you carry the necessary custom items in stock?

As a general rule, we do not carry everything but if you own a popular truck or Jeep, we do have it on hand!  Unlike many surrounding custom shops, we can get you in and done within the wait time alone compared to our regional competition!  Due to all of the year, make and model specifications today, it would be incredibly difficult to stock every item for each specific vehicle. HOWEVER, most of our products are shipped from our suppliers and in our shop within (1) business day! You will not be charged any shipping fees unless you are special ordering a product.  Give us a call...you might be surprised what we do have in stock!

 

Do your products come with a warranty?

Most of our off-road products do come with warranty from the manufacturer.  From our Raptor spray liners for truck beds to our lift kits, must have a stout warranty to back up the quality you will be getting from FlexBilt.  Most of our competitors focus on dealers - we focus on YOU, the real end-user customer!  Keep in mind, you could easily buy a product off of the internet and have it shipped to your home address, but these products are usually not warrantied.

Can we do our own product install?

Of course! Carry out is always an option! However, we understand that complications may arise so do not hesitate to call and schedule an appointment for installation!

 

Will you install a product even if it was not purchased through your business?

Yes, but your product will not be covered under warranty. Call ahead for install pricing - we will give you a clear picture of what it will take to get the vision in your head matching what can be done with the products we can install on your truck or Jeep!

 

What is your hourly labor charge?

Our labor charge depends on the product we are being asked to install. Call ahead for install pricing.  Rates range from $80 to $120 depending on difficultly and the number of personnel that needs to be assigned to your custom truck project to exceed your expectations.  We are all about taking your vision to reality and will do everything we can to make it happen!

 

If I have an issue with a product, will I be charged to come in and have it adjusted?

Actually, just the opposite.  If you have a lift more than 3" done at our shop, we will ask you to come to back within 100 miles (sometimes within 50 miles) so we can double check our work and the required torque on the lift we just installed.
