Terms and Conditions for Image Use

By uploading a picture to FlexBilt Customs, LLC (FBC), both the Terms of Use and the legal requirements stated in the Copyright & Credits guidelines have been accepted by the above identified user.  Also, by uploading the picture to the FBC site, you are agreeing to all of our terms of use, copyright law, and photographer rights.

Permission to download your image has been given on the condition that the image shall only be used on our website to show your off-road vehicle to all of the visitors of FlexBiltCustoms.com.  Also, you agree that we will post your name, city, and state where you live as a caption under each picture uploaded.  If you do not agree with these terms, please do NOT upload any photographs to our site.

No other images are allowed to be uploaded from our Contact Us page for any reason.  All inappropriate images will be turned over to the local authorities along with your IP address.  Any subsequent use, which has not been explicitly authorized by FBC and the photographer concerned, is forbidden! (This includes the storage of the image on any media for any purpose other than the above stated use and beyond the necessary production period. So no building of 'offline archives' with downloaded images or storing the image - or copies of it - on CD-ROM for later re-use!

It is also understood that all images posted on FlexBiltCustoms.com is exclusively owned by the photographer and not FBC.  Images - or any copies - may not be given to any third party beyond the need for the above stated use. In particular the image may not, under any circumstances, be used for any commercial use outside a clearly defined and previously authorized FBC context.

Any breach of these conditions will be considered a severe violation of the Terms of Use and of copyright law, for which the above user will bear full legal responsibility. In case of doubt please contact the FBC team!

If you have had your picture taken by a professional photographer or other 3rd party, you must include the photo-credits (full name and city/state).  This is mandatory! Every published image must be accompanied by a properly formatted individual photo-credit - exactly as indicated above.
